From Chef Bobby's Kitchen to Your Table
Since August 1st, 2013, Chef Bobby Couch brings the taste of central Oklahoma to Colorado Springs with The Green Line Grill, serving the world famous El Reno-style Onion 'Fried' Burger. This dish had its start during the dark days of the great depression! An inspired and delicious blend of hamburger and onions, these burgers will have you coming back for more! A tasty and inexpensive meal for a family, or even a couple out for a night on the town. All dishes are crafted using locally sourced ingredients from the Sourdough Boulangerie, Rocky Mountain Tomatoes and Sara Sausage, among others.
